Little Movers, Big Thinkers is a unique baby group designed to strengthen early executive function skills through playful, developmentally rich movement activities.

Executive function includes the brain skills babies use to focus, remember, problem-solve, regulate their bodies, and explore the world with confidence - and these foundations are built long before their first birthday.

Through carefully structured physical play, sensory exploration, early communication activities, and simple repetition routines, each session supports your baby’s growing ability to focus and shift attention, build early working memory, regulate through movement and rhythm, explore, experiment and solve early problems and engage in turn-taking and early social skills.

This programme is ideal for babies aged 6-12 months and is designed using early years neuroscience, infant development research, and physical literacy principles to give your baby the best possible start - both in body and in brain.
